I have a PICKY eater...well two picky eaters. Finding food that they will eat that is remotely healthy is a constant struggle.
One claims to be a vegetarian...true she does not eat meat, but you have to eat vegetables to be a vegetarian. I say she is more of a carbivore.
My youngest is picky eater number two. Today she claimed she would try chicken beyond her nuggets or strips, "When my taste buds grow up."
So what to do in the mean while...I have some ideas that might fit the bill that I found on Pinterest.
These pizzas will be great for picky eater #1!
These peanut butter apple sandwiches would work well also.
These banana wraps might do the trick for picky eater #2.
This donut sandwich will be a hit for both.
Do you have any great suggestions for food to feed picky eaters. I am in desperate need of suggestions and would appreciate them very much.
Thanks from a mom drowning in picky eaters.
I was definitely a picky eater while I was growing up. I don't think my taste buds developed until I was about 35 or so ;-) I subsisted on peanut butter sandwiches and spaghetti (no meat sauce). But mom made sure I had plenty of milk to drink (I would only take it with Nestles Quik) and a hot dog once a week :-) Oh yes, I did love green beans, too! I was REALLY healthy throughout my growing up years, and at 60, I'm not doing bad at all! I hope your picky eaters are healthy, too :-)
